- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Customizations or personalized orders are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

- We may ask for photos of the damage to process your replacement or refund quickly.
5. Shipping Costs
